this was suggested in gnubies a year ago. the result of the poll tzafrir did
was that hebrew postings will be welcomed, and those who cant read the
postings will sit quietly, but the main traffic on the list will be english.
BTW: how does a newbie ask in hebrew about linux? (from oe?)
