Enough for what? Do you mean that after a login/logout the hostname gets reverted to "localhost"? Or that editing /etc/hosts and logging out is enough to set the hostname? I find that very hard to believe. It is not the "Unix Way". And what happens if two people are logged in at the same time? Logging out (whatever that means) should not have such effects. -- Nadav Har'El | Tuesday, May 7 2002, 26 Iyyar 5762 [EMAIL PROTECTED] |----------------------------------------- Phone: +972-53-245868, ICQ 13349191 |Those who beat their swords into http://nadav.harel.org.il |plowshares will plow for those who don't. ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
