I don't normally thread this mailing-list, but I tried threading it now in mutt (type o and t, or do something like this in your .muttrc: older-hook . "set sort=date-received; set sort_aux=date" folder-hook linux-il "set sort=threads; set sort_aux=last-date-received" ) and it seems it gets threaded correctly.
