you suold create a scripts with adduser ( to create a computer account in /etc/passwd ) and smbpasswd ( to create/reset the compute account on /etc/samba/smbpasswd
invoke the script from the 'add user script' or similiar on /etc/samba/smb.conf that is as far as i remember. for more info, sorry but: rtfm.
