Very simple: make an rpm package that will require all of those packages,
then use something like apt or urpmi to install it. It will drag along
with it all the rest of the KDE packages, as apt and urpmi know how to
resolve rpm dependencies automatically.

(The idea is far from being original, of course, and is being borrowed
from debian).
