Based upon ftp'ing a some files I had available: (note that the connection I used is capable of 26 kbytes per second max) Small file: 619.56 kB 10.96 kB/s Large file performance was about the same. Uploading the same file from the machine on the cable modem TO a machine on Bezeq's EXTREME aDSL yielded 10.3k bytes per second. Downloading back yielded 16.5 k bytes per second.
