Rsync is the ideal way to do exactly this. It will require, however,
installtion of rsync on the server too. In fact it appears an anoymous
rsync server *is* running on iglu.org.il:

$  rsync iglu.org.il::

So I suggest you use rsync to fix that file. It should fix your ISO (if
indeed the ISO is correct on their site) very quickly with a very small
amount of network traffic.
