I have no idea what "axel" is.
Is the file's size the same it should have been? If the file you got is much
smaller than the file you expected, then it's likely you simply got a partial
file, and you only need to continue downloading from the middle (this is
possible in good FTP and HTTP clients - I don't know about this axel).

If the size is almost the same, but only slightly smaller than it should
have been, maybe you accidentally did FTP in ASCII mode? Make sure next time
you FTP you use BINARY mode. Anyway, in this case, or when the file has
the correct size and still corrupt, then unless iglu.actcom.co.il supports
anonymous rsync, you'll need to download everything again.

All this, of course, is assuming that the published MD5 value is indeed
correct. If it isn't, reloading the file won't fix the MD5 :)
