http://cdrdao.sf.net/ is your answer; check out the --on-the-fly option. It's not recommended to work this way, though, unless your source CD is completely pristine and unscratched, because often it takes more time to read sectors with even small scratches, and this may result in a buffer underrun on the writing side.
