Yes there is, rsync-2.4.6-0.6.i386.rpm.

Since we are on the subject, the pre-crash mirror used to have the latest RedHat distribution under os, and not only the iso directory. I think it was actually not mirrored but an iso image mounted on a loop device. Is it possible to bring it back, please?
