Somebody promised to write one, but nobody did. It turns out that nither
of us uses KDE.

Hint for anyone who wants to write such a program: take a "biff" applet
(that watches a mailbox), replace the mailbox inspection calls to calls to
r2llib, change the GUI a bit, and you have a r2lkde applet.
