For a simple MSWord viewer, try wv. Use it to convert the document to html
and view it. Sadly the conversion to latex is not useful currently for
hebrew documents, so their automatic conversion to postscript, for
instance, won't work with ebrew docs.

BTW: wv is being used as an import library of abiword (and of kword?)

With what tools can I read those formats under linux (leaving hebrew aside
for the moment)
