hi all,
I have a compaq proliant ML330 G2 with raid smartarray 431
controller. two 18.2g disks configured as raid1 using the compaq
"smartstart" utility. during the RH7.2 installation RH finds the correct
SMART2 Driver (Smart Array 431) and cmparray.
when i try to create the partitions with fdisk, fdisk tells me:
Disk /tmp/ida/c0d0: 1 heads, 35553120 sectors, 1 cylinders
how can i configure fdisk on RH7.2 to correctly identify the physical
geometry of the disk.
