Last word on this (for a while): I finally got hold of SuSE 7.3 from Linux Central for $110. They shipped regular airmail and it turned up in 1 week to my mailbox, no extra charges. I still feel that there is what to do about local supply of SuSE in Israel. At the very least, it would be worth finding out who uses it & organise future bulk purchase.
