Will not work. Squid can not work as proxy for regular ( WS-FTP, CuteFTP)
ftp clients, i think they have that issue explaned in the FAQ. Only
browsers, which actually emulate ftp through http can work, but transparent
proxying doesn't work either. Such a pitty.
