Yes, but not hebfonts. Also, make sure that the version is recent enough. There was a problem with one file that was corrected in the CTAN copy in 28.7.2001 (IIRC), in lhecmr.fd, I believe. However, if you made any modifications to the files from heblatex 2.0c then there is a tricky issue of having two files with the same name on the same texmf tree.
