Your obviously right! Another problem is that Lynx utf-8 support is very poor, it does not break lines on number of character, instead breaks on number of bytes, I didn't mean that farsi does everything, but the output is quite interesting and usable, also `LESSCHARSET=UTF-8 less filename' also works great, so does `pine'.
