i think that there is a little problem in solving the "nezek" problem in our country. so yes, there's an unknown number of incompetent tech supporters who work for this company and "bend" under pressure of the clients, and do give some kind of compensation for the nezek they provide.
but actually the fact this is the only ADSL modem provider in the country makes them to stand in other position: "if u don't like the service - go find somebody else." this is the moto actually. it is probably written on their wall. i don't know how long it takes to stand up and sue this company for real monay because of real losses in real business. it's really nice of us to discuss the existance of the problem with them, but it is still not a solution. the only solution will be repetative complaints to the law for bad service and TV shows like "kolbodek" , newspaper reports etc. i can't understand why are we so "service unaware" in israel. it's the same with m$: people buy software and in the agreement there's in some or other form written "the company does not take any responsibility for any damage caused by the product" and "it is provided as is" what the hell ? i also want to mention the quality of telephony infrastructure of the only telephony company (lines) in israel: how come the analog modems connect at 1/2 their speed when on both ends the hardware supports full speed ? it is the awareness and persistance that can resist this nerve. i don't want to buy bread with a warning: "is there poison in this product or not, Angel bakery does not take any resposibility for it" this is absurd. "by this signature you agree to acceept that is in any time the brakes fail in your BMW, neither we, your mechanics, nor the BMW do not take any resposibilities" or maybe even: " this milk was provided by the finest cows of the Galilee to you, our dear customer, it's been checked from here to eternity for the good quality.but if you find a little horn or tail in it, we're not responsible for it, Bon Appetitte." i think i've finished now. sorry for the language, this is slightly OT to linux. bye. -=O0~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~O0=- "Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
