I didn't like BRU that much - don't think its in par with other commercial
solutions out there.
The backup solution I recomend is Knox Software's 'Arkeia', which is a
network-enabled client/server backup solution with client for almost every
OS imaginable. the admin console also works on almost anything, and the
server runs on Linux, Tru64, Solaris and a few others. They have a completly
free license (personal and commercial) for 1 linux server and upto to
clients, and have a trial version for the "professional" version. and
another thing - it's fast, really really fast - I suggest you give it a test
ride.
