I haven't written or read here a long time..
Now I have a question about samba. their mailing list doesn't seem to work
for some reason..
I have two computers with nics that transfer about 700kb/sec.
Now, when I try to transfer files through smbclient from one computer to
the other - it works very fast, as it should.
However, when I mount using smbmount (or just mount -t smbfs) something
and try to copy files from one computer to another, it's done slow as
hell, about 20kb/sec.
Any idea?
