as far as i know, the server has internal SCSI disks now, not IDE disks.
all disks are internal, so i don't know if there's space for more internal
disks, and if so - for how many. its more likely that an extra SCSI
controller with external SCSI disks will be easier to install. perhaps
omer and chen have an idea about this, as they did the original software
installation on the machine.

i can do the physical installation. after that, it can be partitioned from
a remote ssh connection.
