Hi there. I'm sure someone has got this problem already,and I couldn't find
anything helpful on google, RH, etc. RH 7.0 fails to print to the parallel
port. parport, parport 0-2, lp0-2, all of them are defined as character
devices in /dev; parallel port support compiled in the kernel; the "alias
parport" etc line in the /etc/modules.conf (as far as I recall), bekitzur,
why doesn't RH 7.0 recognizes those ports "out of the box" with printtool or
with direct to port printing ? Did I miss something when installing RH 7.0 ?
lpr works on net printers, btw...
