Enable DNS dynamic update and set the MX record's TTL to, say, 10
seconds. If pptp-tunnel has some ip-up scripts facility like pppd does,
simply perform the update in the script.

I'd usually place a CGI script on some static IP machine, and then
allow DNS updates from that static IP.
