Apache is not a browser. It's not graphical. It doesn't "show pages".
Are you talking about your browser? In that case, which browser did you
try? (Netscape, Internet Explorer, Konqueror?)
If you mean "Apache delivers something else instead of the
Hebrew/Russian page", please enclose an example of what exactly Apache
delivers to your browser.
