I used their (actually, their previous incarnation as Mail Boxes Etc.) services
about a year ago, and was quite please with their service. There are two things
you have to watch out for, though:
1. Be prepared to add over 20% of the price of the product you order for Maam
and "amilut meches" and stuff like that. They will always pass your package
through customs and charge you this.
2. If the package comes in a big box relative to it's weight, you start paying
by volume, not by weight. This will almost certainly happen to you if you
order small electronic products, as they are normally packaged in a lot of
styrophome - and then packaged in an even bigger box by the sender. I sent
a 0.5kg package, and got charged for 2kg because of that volume issue.
Don't forget to add Maam to their shipping prices too.
Consider for yourself whether the product you're interested in is still
cheaper then in Israel after you add all these extras... And the issue of
warantee is a problem too (Sometimes electronic products don't work out of
the box. What will you do then?)
