http://www.mustop.com/ They give you an address in the US and then remail to
Israel, their shipping prices are pretty steep and depend on weight, but
their service is very convenient and they appear efficient and honest. I've
also heard that they'll give you the first shipment free upon registration.
I used to run a couple of magazine subscriptions through them when they
still ran under the name of mailboxes but the ammounts of junk mail (snail
spam?) I got through them were so immense that I stopped after a couple of
months.
