Hi,
I d/l'ed and installed the KDE 2.1 MDK RPMs on a fresh MDK7.2 (rpm -U) and
it completely destroyed my MDK installation.
* KDM looked different, probably the 2.1 one didn't use the Mandrake
config files
* Nothing worked inside of KDE, I only got many many error messages about
missing somethings which looked like a mimetype on io* stuff
It seems like the MDK RPMs where not made by MDK and where not adapted to
the distro at all.
So, does anybody know how to upgrade smoothly MDK7.2 to KDE2.1 ? (Without
busting the setups) ?
And, even though I chose Hebrew during all stages of the install (where it
asked for languages), I don't get the Hebrew keyboard in KDE. Any ideas ?
