Diego, you're mixing 2 things:

QT have 2 licenses - GPL and QPL....

The GPL license is to allow you to write GPL'd programs. The QPL license is 
for when you write commercial applications. When you write a commercial 
application for KDE or any application that uses the QT library (it doesn't 
have to be a KDE applications) - then you must buy the commercial QT..
