Evolution 0.8 not only looks nice, but it's very good email client..

Now - use it or not? well, if you're running GNOME as your Desktop enviroment
- then yes, use it (hope you're running Helix/Ximian Gnome - or else you'll
need to upgrade lots of libraries)..

If you're running KDE - then use Kmail or wait for Arthea beta 2 which should
be pretty stable very soon (Arthea is a KDE mail client with lots of GUI
cuteness - whoever likes it)..

Using an email client from the "opposite" desktop enviroment (example: KMail
while you're running GNOME) is not a good idea since each mail client loads
lots of daemons/services with it - which will grab lots of memory if they're
not currently running...

Ofcourse, at work I'm still using Netscape mail (and I get a lots of emails
daily) and it still serves me well...
