If you want each user to have a personalized stream, and we're talking on
a local network, why not just let them mount your music directory (with
NFS or god-forbid Windows' SMB) and play the music the way they like?
BTW, the stream programs you specify can serve multiple streams. Why can't
you make one stream for each user?
