Mirror in Israel???
For what? I think that maybe 100-200 people worldwide have downloaded it, so
it's not worth the trouble to mirror it..
Speaking of Beta's - there is a public beta of Redhat 7.1 with EXT3 file-system
(Redhat seems to really push it fast forward). You can join at:

NOTE: I have played with EXT3 and XFSa bit at home and all I can say is that if
your file server contains lots of small files - use ReiserFS or XFS. Large files
- EXT3 or XFS. XFS seems to be much faster then anything Linux have today, but
this is ofcourse not an objective benchmark or anything.. just my impression
