Actually, ftp1.il.kernel.org is iglu.org.il. ftp2 is netvision. ftp
without a number resolves to both IPs. That's how the kernel mirror
system works. As to ftp2 and the lack of recent stuff there, perhaps
someone from Netvision here knows who's the admin of
kernel.netvision.net.il and can ask about its status?
