1. As a NetVision client you might get free support for Linux from them, 
especially that we are talking about a connectivity problem. You might want to 
go with it, but please note that I said that it *might* be free.
2. What ISDN device do you have? Does the kernel recognize your hardware? Were 
you consulting the documentation of the isdn package? Beside kisdn what did 
you tried to do to make it working? have you tried to look at 
/var/log/messages and /var/log/debug? This list might be able to assist you 
further if you post the parts that looks relevant.
 
BTW: Contrary to my command line orientation, NetVision Help Desk, which I 
have no connection with what so ever, will pursue the more user friendly kisdn 
approach.

Hi All'
I am a new Linux user, I have no knowledge as yet of the O/S and am trying
to configure my ISDN so that I can download various applications. I would
gladly appreciate some assistance in configuring the ISDN. I have asked HETZ
BEN HEMO for assistance and he was so kind as to install KISDN however i
still can not connect to my ISP . Any assistance must please as user
friendly as possible I am no boff at the OS.
