Hi!
Get yourself an ADSL connection if you can afford the monthly cost (150
nis to bezeq + ~40 $ ISP). Ignore the 64Kbs upstream limit. They probably
will not implement it (at least not in the begining). And it is not so bad
if you mostly d/l .
