That's untrue.
What keymap do you use? Does it produce Hebrew X keysyms or just
a hack to feed applications with ASCII equivalents in ISO-8859-8?
Mozilla works great for inputing all languages in Unicode, as long
as you have proper keymaps. The only problem is - Hebrew would
be reversed, until IBM gets their BIDI work merged.
I use Mozilla on a daily basis to submit Hebrew and Russian
searches etc.
