I am trying to set up the simplest network possible network connecting a Windows 98 machine with a Redhat 6.1 server machine. In each machine I have a 3com 3c905c card connected by a cross cable. I am having a difficult time with this. If there is anyone out there who can help me get through this I would be glad to pay if they succeed (Jerusalem preferred). Needless to say my networking is not aye-aye-aye.
