This is a translation of KDE *site*, and not of the KDE desktop or
documentation.

As for the translation of kde user interface: maybe call it he_KDEVIS, and
use LANGUAGES or similar magic to make it appear in the meanwhile and
easily removed once support for logical Hebrew is in KDE?

Keep in mind that although a hebrew translation in visual Hebrew is a bad
idea, it was already done once, in KDE1 . Many users will be disappointed
to find KDE2 lacking it.
