I felt this was missing in the FAQ, but I really didn't feel like reading
too many docs, so I wrote:

The information there is a bit partial, and maybe slightly
incorrect. Anybody wishes to correct this?
And while we're at it:
Anybody bothers updating the source zoneinfo from libc (At least on my
Mandrake it is part of the glibc package)?
I recently upgraded to glibc 2.1.3 and the new Israel zoneinfo was not
included, although they are at least half a year old.
A small note about the instructions in
ftp://ftp.cs.huji.ac.il/pub/tz/israel/linux/INSTALL (the redhat section):
why not use:
timeconfig Asia/Jerusalem
instead of step 7?
