Hmm, in my modem i had to send some AT command in order to activate this. i
really don't remeber what it was, but i guess USR will give this
information. did you try to use that command? if not, please look it in the
manual.
in my modem, it had 3 statuses: one without CID, second with CID on ASCII
format ( i think it was RING, and then the just number but i really don't
remeber), the third option was some weird from of numers, maybe hex, i
didn't even mess with it, but its there.
