Caller-ID on Analog line in Israel.

   I installed a redhat6.2,but the printtool can't work,neither 
in linuxconf or comand line.

no display name or no $DISPLAY environment variable 
couldn't load binding.tcl
....
How can configue my lq1600k printer?
