If you mean svgalib driver, there is none.
If you mean fbdev driver, it is in the latest development kernel.
If you mean XFree86 driver, then there is one in 3.3.6, and in 4.0.1,
but the one in 3.3.6 is considered very alpha quality, so you might have
better luck with 4.0.1.
