Well, as a "hobby" of mine - I test hebrew and report to Lars about bugs on it..
Konqueror DOES support BOTH hebrew's - Logical and Visual TODAY!
Ofcourse - screenshots would be always welcome as a proof, right? :)
So:
Visual Hebrew - a form in Nana's click web page in Visual Hebrew (including
Hebrew forms): http://www.geocities.com/heunique/kde2/correct-visual.png
Logical Hebrew - Developer's page in Microsoft Israel web site:
http://www.geocities.com/heunique/kde2/logical-hebrew.png
And here are my Hebrew settings:

The fonts I have on my machines are Eli's fonts (the public ones), and Hebrew
fonts which I copied from the other Windows machine I have here (standard
installation - without office and it's fonts)
So as you can see - Hebrew support is much better now (the next problem to solve
now is some javascripts problems with Hebrew sites like Globes Hebrew and Ynet)
