QT 3 promisses to deliver BiDi with Arabic and Hebrew support.
TrollTech guys plan shipping QT 3 before final KDE 2, as I heard.

For now, only Konqueror supports hebrew, though some BiDi-related
bugs are still there (which are actively fixed in the last few days).
I already found a few today and will send them to the developers.
Nana.co.il and MSN.co.il seem to render quite well (though MSN is rather
slow).
