FLOW CONTROL!!!!!!!!!

1. Get a null modem cable that supports flow control
        rd -> sd
        sd -> rd
        dtr -> cd
        cd  -> dtr
        rts -> cts
        cts -> rts
        ground(7) -> ground(7)
        ground(1) -> ground(1)

2. Set clients to use hardware flow control (crtscts).

3. Make sure the UARTs (serial chips) are 16550afn or equivalent
        and the maxium (15) dytes are buffered.
