Maybe the problem (in this case) is not linux but rather of bios/irq
allocations ? Check to see that the proper IRQ is allocated in your PC
bios (according to the modem manual). Otherwise neither linux nor WIndoz
will be able to access it... :/
Is anybody out there using LVM ? Going to DECUS next week ? When I read
the decus pamphlet I couldn't help to notice that several UNIX lectures
were already covered - free - by IGLU members. And *they* charge you some
big bucks for getting Linux + Yehudit Ravitz + booze on Thursday. Sounds
like a travel agent deal to me...
