I KNOW how to use quota. It does not help at all for the user !
Lets say many users use the station in turn, and /tmp or /home/user is
full. Now the next user has a problem ! Even if he won't download anything
the caching will crush Netscape.
I need a way to throw away garbage. Like deleting obsolete files from /tmp.
Even if Netscape manage it own cache subdirectory, a user may download
file to there and voila - you have a problem !
