CGI - Apache - Linux(RH 6.1)

hi,

When i have a 1000 users together, it mean that i have 1000 copies 
of the CGI program in memory ? (i'm not shur if it working like
this on RH6.1 with Apache, but i think so).

How can i open only one copy of the CGI program ?
