umm... also, sorry to kill your enthusiasm, but these are people with
maybe basic or no background even in DOS batch files. then again, I may
be wrong, but you can play it by ear according to the audience
reactions.

so Python is a good idea, but I donno if stuffing both python and basic
shell scripting in 90 minutes will work. it might, but consider choosing
just one. from 0 to 2 scripting languages in 90-120 minutes just might
be a DoS attack on their brains :)
