Hi,

Well, I took this chance and downloaded the Netscape 4.6i and tested it
on Windows 2000 Professional..

Bad news:

1. It seems that you still need those special fonts to watch the Hebrew
Visual pages. I tried to change a font - and didn't see the text with
Hebrew.

2. You still cannot fill forms in hebrew, nor send hebrew email

3. Hebrew email? forget it - it still doesn't render email in hebrew
(text nor HTML pages)

4. If you try to look at the MSN Israel web site (bypassing their stupid
"illegal browser" message) - by looking at:
http://msn.co.il/homepage.asp - Netscape freezes..

Good news:

It shows the Microsoft Israel web pages correctly :)

If you want to look at Hebrew pages (both Visual & Logical) under Linux
- use Konqueror web browser available with KDE 1.90 Beta - so far it
shows the most hebrew support for Linux (more then mozilla - I tried the
latest nightly build from May 9th - the Logical hebrew isn't working at
all yet).
