Bezeq Int. ex-ISDN Net, require you a differenet payment for 128k. 
In practice, if you ever seen the inXX/ part of your username, the XX
means 64. Bezeq int. had inXX and in128 some time ago, then they changed
it to inYY, and I donnno what they changed it to now.
